On 28 April 2025, a blackout hit almost all of Spain and Portugal. For hours, millions of people couldn't reach their loved ones. We're building pocket devices that let you send each other «I'm OK» and where you are, even with no power and no signal. And with no fees.
«Is everyone OK?». And the message just keeps spinning.
With no network, messages, calls and texts sit in a queue. You don't know if they get through.
The worst part of a blackout isn't the dark. It's not knowing if your people are OK.
Device to device, by radio, without going through any mast. And only your family sees it.
Press it and the whole family gets the message with your location. No need to unlock your phone.
You type them on your phone like any chat app. They get through even with no network, no wifi and no power.
Everyone's position on a downloaded map. And an SOS button that keeps repeating until someone confirms it.

They come paired from the factory, so they only talk to each other. They charge with the same charger and fit in a pocket.

In an emergency, call 112 (the European emergency number) or your local one if you can. This is for knowing your family is OK.
Among buildings, range drops to a few hundred metres or a few kilometres. A repeater on the roof extends it.

Not in Europe. It uses a licence-free radio frequency, the same one many household devices use, and stays within its limits. Outside Europe the rules are different, so we can't promise it yet.
We're still working it out. The idea is a pack of 3 devices for ≈ €250 or less: an approximate price, not on sale yet. No fees, ever. Tell us on the waitlist what you'd pay.
After the hunting line, which is the one we're testing now. People on the waitlist will be the first to try it.
