This is the English version of our legal notice, provided for convenience. Montered is a project based in Spain and this website is governed by Spanish law. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.

Montered is a project that hasn't launched yet. This website gives information about the devices we're developing and lets you join the waitlist and the Field Journal. It doesn't sell products or accept payments.

Before accepting any payment, we'll publish the full details of the website owner here, as required by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and e-commerce (LSSI).

Purpose

This website (montered.com, and its Spanish version montered.es) gives information about Montered products (radio tracking and alert devices for hunting dogs, driven hunts, livestock, pets and families) and lets you join the waitlist and the Field Journal.

By using this website you accept this legal notice. You agree to use it lawfully and not to enter false data, or anyone else's data without their consent.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, images, designs, 3D models, logos and the Montered brand belong to their owner or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Liability

Information about products in development is approximate and may change. Prices shown are approximate: nothing is on sale on this website today. The devices are designed for radio frequencies that are licence-free in Europe; we make no claims about their legal use outside Europe.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.
